A variety of possibilities to try new beers and meet brewers during this week’s Craft Brewers Conference:
in the Dining Room: Prixe-Fixe Menus including paired beers
Tuesday—Ommegang; Wednesday—Allagash; Thursday—VanBerg & DeWulf; Friday—Artisanal Imports
in the Main Bar: brewers will be stopping by all through the week. Some we know for sure are Duvel’s Hedwig Neven (Tues April 6, 5-8pm), Brouwerij Van Steenberge’s Jef Versele [Piraat, Gulden Draak, Augustin, Atomium, Monks Cafe] (Tues April 6, 9-12 pm) and Anchor’s Fritz Maytag on Friday at 6 till ?.
AND we’ve put more than a quarter of our taps into service of an ever-changing array of special beers, some made especially for this week and some rarities.
