Ever wonder what the “beer experts” are looking out for when they evaluate beer? Well, there are a lot of potentially bad or “off’” flavors that can show up in beer. Join us at Hopleaf for a sensory training seminar and taste each of 24 “off” flavors that the experts train to know. We’ll also talk about the physiology of taste and the technique of tasting.
