Cane and Ebel

Brewed w/rye & 35 pounds of Thai palm sugar per batch. The sugar brings a fruity, vanilla-like flavor rather than much sweetness. A new hop variety called Summit is really showcased here; the beer is heavily dry-hopped w/Simcoe. 7%
